Independent Agentic Assurance
Verifying What AI Agents Actually Did
AI agents now act for the enterprise. They read restricted information, change records, prepare filings, and initiate payments. Governance, identity, runtime controls, and observability each answer a necessary question. None of them, on its own, establishes what a consequential run actually did.
Independent Agentic Assurance answers three questions after a consequential run: what happened, under what authority, and whether the authoritative business systems agree. Weaveframe is building that assurance layer beside existing controls. It does not stop an agent's next action.
This executive white paper describes that gap and what Weaveframe can do today: evaluate one consequential run at a time against the mandate and policy version in force, keep what the actor reported separate from authoritative business evidence, and compare a reported outcome with a system-of-record observation where a check is requested and that observation is already stored. Cross-platform reconstruction and production integrations with enterprise systems remain future capabilities.
